If you can spare literally anything to help us, i would be eternally grateful. i am looking to file for disability this coming year, but it will be a lengthy process. i am an autistic person with debilitating anxiety who also suffers from agoraphobia, so i cannot obtain and/or keep a job at this point in time. I feel helpless as i cannot do anything to support her and my family no matter how much i want to. the more stressed she becomes the more risk she is at, and this situation is not helping in the slightest. my mom is even job searching despite being told by her doctors that she cannot work while pregnant without putting risk to herself and the baby. we are eligible for and currently receiving the WIC program but it’s proving to not be enough for our growing household. we live in a house of 6, and are struggling to keep everyone fed. she is disabled and considered a high-risk pregnancy because of her age, blood pressure and other factors. My mom is nearly 6 months pregnant with my baby sister. i know people are sent gross messages for reaching out for help so please, if you have anything negative to say, keep it to yourself. I feel embarrassed and guilty that i even have to make this post but i don’t really know what else to do. Saloonchick: my mother is pregnant & we are struggling to stay fed.
